Being able to shoot on the move is a skill we all want to have, but which few of us know how to do well.
Certainly it’s a skill competitive shooters drill all the time, but shooting on the move is also an ability self-defense shooters need to protect themselves and their loved ones.
With permission of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Gun Tests presents the following video, which breaks down how to execute the elements of shooting on the move. The instructor is Adam Painchaud, senior director of SIG Sauer Academy.
