(GunReports.com) — Taurus International Manufacturing has announced the appointment of Mark Kresser as President and CEO. He will succeed long-time President and CEO Bob Morrison. The move will become effective September 1, 2011.

Kresser has worked in executive management positions for the past 15 years and has gained valuable experience with Traditions Performance Firearms, O.F Mossberg & Sons, Inc., Sigarms, Inc. and Beretta USA Corporation.

For months now, I have been trying to purchase an engraved .22 LR cylinder for a Heritage Rough Rider revolver. All of my efforts have been ignored or ended fruitless. I have even written to the CEO of Heritage,
Brett Vorhees with no response. I find this whole ordeal to be abhorrent and a shameful way to treat a customer.
Although you are directly involved with Taurus, I am hoping you still have some affiliation with Heritage and Mr. Vorhees. It is with great disgust that I find it necessary to, once again, seek assistance from someone of your status……this should have been resolved with my numerous contacts to customer service. The fact that after all this time and effort nothing has been resolved, it makes me wonder if customer service is just a term applied to a non-existent facet of Heritage Mfg.
