(GunReports.com) — Harvey Berger, a Gun Tests reader who lists his home state as the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia, praised the just-published comparison of 40 S&W ammo in the February 2013 issue. But there’s a “but.” He wrote:
“I’m writing with a compliment and a request. The 40 S&W ammo comparison was superb. While it skipped some of the ammunition I am familiar with, it was overall impartial and detailed. But I don’t shoot 40 S&W. So I didn’t need this info. When can we expect similar tests on 45 ACP, 9mm, and 357 Magnum?Keep up the good work.”
The Gun Tests staff replied with, “Harvey, here’s what we’ve done so far. We’re doublechecking with Bob Campbell to ensure we didn’t leave any out. But various 45s, 9mms, and 357s have already been covered. More are coming, however.”
