(GunReports.com) — The first in a series of infographics that National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) has created to highlight various firearms-related topics was released on Aug. 8 and immediately posted to the NSSF website.
The visual representations of information summarize a variety of data in easy-to-understand formats.
NSSF’s initial posting, “Gun Crimes Plummet Even As Gun Sales Soar,” incorporates several data sources that are merged to illustrate that more guns do not equate to more crime. Many Americans are unaware that crime has gone down as more firearms have entered the consumer market.
