Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC has added an 8-inch Python to its snaky line of revolvers. The new 8-inch Python is available in matte stainless or stainless steel finishes. MSRP: $1299 to $1499.
The inclusion of the 8-inch Python series now brings the family to seven unique revolvers, all chambered for 357 Magnum, with barrel lengths varying from 2.5 inches to 8 inches.
The double-action 8-inch Python revolver has a six-round capacity, user-interchangeable red ramp front sights, and adjustable target rear sights, with 30% more steel beneath the rear sight.
This longer-barrel variant provides enhanced accuracy and sight radius for target shooting. The metal finishes are matte stainless and semi-bright stainless steel.
