Bend, OR- New for 2008, Nosler Solid Bullets gives hunters the penetration and versatility for hunting large thick-skinned game. The Solids feature a unique design and homogenous lead-free alloy construction to provide an impressively straight wound channel.
Engineered with multiple seating grooves, Solids provide optimal load versatility with minimal fouling. Nosler Solids are also exclusively designed to match the ballistic performance of the legendary Nosler Partition bullets in the same caliber and weight, resulting in near identical points of impact for both bullets at typical hunting ranges.
For dangerous game, this means that hunters can use a Partition load on the first shot, followed by Solids and have true confidence in shot placement and bullet performance. One-Gun hunters will also find the Solids preferable on smaller trophy game as the bullets leave a smaller exit wound on the offside hide.
