New Black Cloud Duck Commander Special Edition Load
ANOKA, Minn. – For the fall of 2008, Federal Premium will bring hunters a Duck Commander Special Edition #3 shot load to round out its offering and bring even more attitude to this breakthrough load.
In its first year, Black Cloud’s payload of FLITESTOPPER and Premium Steel provided devastating performance on ducks and geese. Hunters that took advantage of this load saw the extended range, higher retained energy and increased down range velocity the proven FLITECONTROL wad gave them. It put the maximum amount of pellets on target every time.
“When we introduced Black Cloud last year, we knew it would set the standard for steel ammunition,” said Director of Marketing Kyle Tengwall. “Once waterfowlers got a chance to try it out, they agreed. We saw an unprecedented response to Black Cloud as emails and phone calls praising this new product flooded in. And the Duck Commander and his boys liked it so much, they wanted their own load.”
This year, Federal Premium extends the product line at the request of the Duck Commander. Phil Robertson loved Black Cloud so much that he not only made it the exclusive ammunition of his video, but he wanted to endorse a special load.
