Fiocchi Ammunition has introduced a .32 Auto 60-grain hollow point cartridge using the XTP bullet.
The XTP bullet offers controlled expansion, terminal penetration and superb accuracy, Fiocchi claims.
XTP bullets are said to expand reliably across a wide range of velocities and still retain their weight. The bullet’s cannelure ensures the jacket and bullet core remain locked during expansion to retain bullet weight.
When fired from a 4-inch barrel, Fiocchi’s Extreme .32Auto XTP 60-grain hollow point races produces a muzzle velocity of 1,000 fps and 133 ft./lbs. of energy.
At 50 yards, the.32 caliber bullet is still zipping along at 926 fps and generating 114 ft./lbs. of energy.
