Go Get ’em, SIG!

An item came across our desk recently that made us smile. SIG Sauer celebrated pistol braces being legal to sell again, and that warrants an attaboy to the company.

In the email advertisement shown below, SIG says:

BRACES ARE BACK

on top of an image showing a couple of the company’s products. Then the text below that reads:

“Pistol Stabilizing Braces Are Back and Now Shipping on the New M400-TREAD Pistol and M400-SDI X Pistol.”

Then SIG spikes the football and says,

“In a major win against administrative agency actions, a Federal Court in Texas recently ruled the ATF’s pistol brace rule violated the Administrative Procedures Act’s procedural requirements, vacating the Final Rule as invalid. As a result, pistol stabilizing braces are once again shipping with many pistol variants of SIG SAUER rifles, including the new M400-TREAD Pistol and the M400-SDI X Pistol.”

Way to go, SIG Sauer.
